This is my wheel altered project. It began as a simple bowl, but was altered very simply on the wheel by having the sides being pinched in to create a more interesting shape. This project is 2 1/2 inches tall by 3 inches wide and was glazed to emphasize the "squareness" of it. I glazed this in a very classic way, I glazed the inside black and the outside sand. I also put a little sand around the rim of the inside to make it appear as if the black and the sand were blending together. This allowed the project to appear a little softer because it did not have such a harsh line between the two glazes.
