So sad that ceramics will be over in just a week!!!:( I am going to miss it so much!!! But anyways... thank you so much weebly for erasing my outline a total of 3 times. it was really fun spending 2 1/2 hours trying to write the same thing over and over again! ....not.. but the worst part is i still have a bunch more to do! guess i'll work on it tomorrow!!

I have a bunch of projects i haven't even mentioned.. finished my broken project, finally... but i also have quite a few vases as well as a plate that are done! I have a plate coming out of the bisque monday and a lidded project. lots of updates all at once! guess that's what happens when you slack on the blog... anyways! here are the new projects!

Ok so i didn't blog at all over break... I was actually sick on christmas and for the majority of the break:( but we are now back at school and i have been working on my teapot! i made the vase (body) and the lid and tomorrow will be making the spout and pulling the handle! hopefully the day after that I will assemble it all! (well if everything goes as planned... I need to put up pictures as well... I will most likely get to that within the next few days! (hopefully tomorrow...) We shall see!

so this week I have made tons of new projects in which I will include In pictures on this post. More things should go in he grading blog soon

This week has mostly been a glazing a week. I had 7 projects that needed to be finished and that has taken me mostly all week. I think that three of my projects should be out today. Including 2 vases and a mug.

I haven't posted in about 2 weeks! I have done a lot in ceramics but I have been forgeting to update my blog about it... I will be updating a lot more often starting monday!

PENGUIN IS DONE!!! YAY! I'm am super excited at how well he turned out!! Just in time for the holidays too!! Thanks to Ms. H for the tips on how to glaze him!

NEW HAND N' WHEEL!
So basically I know the hand and wheel isn't due until the end of December (or something like that) but I was super excited to turn a mug I made into a penguin! I really am liking how it is turning out so far!! The only problem is that it took a lot longer than I thought it would! but its finally ready to go through the bisque!!

My tall project also came out of the glaze kiln! I like the glaze on this a lot! I actually really like the splatters of yellow over the sand. I think it gives a little bit of warmth to such cool tone glazes.
